SENECA, Pa. (EYT) — Students from Cranberry Area School District took home the championship in three divisions of a recent educational tournament.
The Riverview I.U. Propaganda Tournament was held recently over two days, Wednesday, January 10, for students in grades 3-6, and Thursday, January 11, for students in grades 7-12. All of the schools in Intermediate Unit 6 are invited to field a team in each division for the event.
The districts who participated in the propaganda tournament this year were AC Valley, Brookville, Cranberry, Oil City, Redbank, and Titusville.
Traveling Trophies (kept for a year, but returned to next year’s tournament) were awarded in five divisions:
Elementary Division: Grades 3/4
-1st Place Brookville

-3rd Place Titusville
Elementary Division: Grades 5/6

Middle Division: Grades 7/8

High Point Overall Awards are also awarded to individual students in each division.
