Cranberry Man Accused of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say unauthorized use of a vehicle occurred around 9:45 p.m. on June 23, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, Mark Daniel Fenstermaker, 31, allegedly took the keys for a (dark green in color) 1994 Dodge Dakota Extended Cab truck from a woman’s purse and removed it from her garage without prior authorization.

Fenstermaker was charged before District Judge Patrick Lowrey for violation of Unauthorized Use of Automobile.

Charges were sent by summons.
