FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A plane crashed at the Venango Regional Airport on Friday morning.

As a private plane operated by a single pilot was preparing for takeoff, it crashed.

No one was injured in the crash.

Franklin Police and Franklin Fire Department assisted at the scene.

The incident is under investigation.

Calls to the FAA and Venango Regional Airport were not immediately returned.

An official crash report has not yet been released by the FAA.
