Cynthia L. Kulinski Mallory, 69, of Clarkston, MI and formerly of Oil City, PA. passed away Sept. 18, 2017, in Michigan.
She was a graduate of Venango Christian High School.
She is survived locally by a sister Virginia Blum of Seneca and aunts Frances Rodgers of Oil City and Angela Prather of Franklin.
