PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (D9Sports) — District 9 announced Monday night that all softball playoff games slated for 4:30 p.m. Wednesday will now be played at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Those games include a pair of District 9 Class 2A semifinal contests as well as two District 9 Class 1A softball games.

In Class 2A, Johnsonburg will play at Cranberry and Redbank Valley will play at Moniteau.

The two Class 1A games affected by the change are the Clarion at Cameron County contest and the Otto-Eldred at Coudersport game. The Smethport at Elk County Catholic game had already been moved to 4 p.m. late last week.
