David Jeffrey Fornell, 54, of Lucinda, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at his home, after a short battle with cancer.

He was born on October 31, 1960 in Clarion, the son of Glen E. and Anna Mae Stutt Fornell.

David was a graduate of North Clarion High School.

He worked as a cook at several local restaurants and last worked at Matson Lumber in Brookville in the Maintenance Department.

David is survived by his Fiancé, Elizabeth Johnson of Lucinda, two step daughters, Jennifer Gilmore and husband Michael of Distant and Jessie Dean of Hawthorn, two step sisters, Debra Thompson and husband Ezra of Leaper and Anna Renninger, and a step brother, Daniel Giles of Mich. and a number of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no public visitation and Funeral services will be private.
