Debra J. Galloway, 60, of Cooperstown, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family.

Debra was born November 11, 1957, in Union City, PA, the daughter of the late Harry & Betty Schrengost Shaw.

A homemaker, she enjoyed spending time with her family watching movies, crocheting, and enjoyed trips to New York and to Saltsburg.

She is survived by her husband Joshua Galloway of Cooperstown, a son, William E. Fulton Jr. and his wife Valorie of Cooperstown, as well as two other sons and one other daughter. She is also survived by two sisters, Barbara King of Apollo and Virginia Doland of Saltsburg, a step sister, Tabatha Monks of Oil City, brothers, Harry Shaw of Carlow, Daniel Shaw of Saltsburg,and Herman Shaw of Oil City, her in-laws, Mike & Lisa Galloway of Sinclairville, NY, as well as two sisters -in-law, five grandsons, three granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Wiliam E. Fulton Sr., two sisters, Linda Lee Baker and Brenda Jean Shaw, a step brother, Derek Shaw, grandson Allen Lawson, and her good friends Viola and Richard Jones.

A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
