Deer Creek Winery to Host Celtic Irish Feast Dinner Theatre on March 18

SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Deer Creek Winery is hosting a Celtic Irish feast dinner theatre on Sunday, March 18.

The event is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The cost is $49.00 per person.

Medieval Madrigal Players presents: St Patrick’s Irish Feast

Our troupe of veteran entertainers create an Interactive Theatre Environment where Guests are steeped in Irish tradition and history with characters and musicians performing and roaming the dining hall while enjoying a traditional Irish meal. Guests will be entertained with music and Traditional Irish songs, Tall Tales from Ireland, a bit of history as well as audience participation.

Medieval Madrigal Players has a combined 80 + years performing and working in the theater and entertainment industry. Some of our experience includes Costume design, event production, children’s education, Performance, training, Directing, production, film, and television.

Eric Michael: Eric has spent the last 30 years touring all over the country doing stunt work and performing. In addition to his many years of jousting at renaissance festivals, Eric has performed in movies and commercials, festivals and feasts as well as producing his own events. He started his first jousting company in 2001 and is currently running Legion of Heroes with this wife and acting partner, Janene Michael.

Janene Michael: Janene graduated with her Master’s Degree in Theater Arts in the early 90’s. Since then, she has taught in college, worked on entertainment staff for several Renaissance Festivals, Performed, directed and founded a summer art camp for children. She currently is running Legion of Heroes, an event production company with her husband and partner, Eric K. Michael.

Julie Powell: Julie has worn a lot of hats throughout the theatrical community. She has a Master’s degree in Theatre and has worked as an actor, director, scriptwriter and a professional costume designer as well as teaching college and being a teaching artist for youth theatre. She is very active in historical re-enactments and currently serves on a historic museum board that creates theatrical historic events.

Leo Glen: Leo earned his BFA in Acting and then went on to work in both theater and film on the east and west coast. Leo is an international performer with experience in the USA as well as Tokyo, Japan. He recently appeared in a pilot for a television series as well as performing in local theater.
