Dennis I. Clinger, 76, of Corsica, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at his home.

He was born on April 7, 1943, in Corsica; son of the late Philip and Alberta Snyder Clinger.

Denny married Blanche Aiken on September 29, 1962, and she survives.

He worked for the Laborers Union Local #952 for 50 years.

Denny was of the Catholic faith.

He enjoyed hunting, tinkering in his garage, and spending time with his grandkids and family.

Denny is survived by his loving Blanche of 56 years; his son: Dennis E. Clinger and his wife Kelly of Strattanville; his daughter: Billie Jo Beichner and her friend John Massa of Clarion; his nine grandchildren: Jeanne, April, Holly, Denny and Lacey, Stephanie and Michael, Bradley and Trista, Kelsey and Tristen, Kailey and Chuck, and Natalie and Chad, two step-grandchildren: Adam and Martina, and numerous great-grandchildren including Ronin, Lexan, and Charlie.

He is also survived by his two sisters: Donna Kline of New Castle and Maxine Wendell of Strattanville.

Denny was preceded in death by his parents; a son-in-law: Robert Beichner; five brothers: James, Raymond, Jerome, Edmond, and Donavan; and two sisters: Remona and Norma Jean.

At Denny’s request, there will be no public visitation.

All services will be private.

The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion is handling the arrangements.
