POLK, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 4:40 p.m. on August 18, an incident of disorderly conduct occurred in Polk.

According to police, Marshall Feltenberger, 21, of Polk, allegedly became involved in a verbal altercation at the Polk Center.

Feltenberger then allegedly recklessly drove his vehicle around the property.

He was issued a non-traffic citation for Disorderly Conduct, filed at District Court 28-3-03.
