Skye’s Spirit Wildlife Rehab Center Holding Donation Match

| July 13, 2017

HARRISVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Skye’s Spirit Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Harrisville is holding a donation match, and the deadline is approaching soon.

“We’ve been offered a donation match just until Sunday, July 16, by a former volunteer that wants to continue to help,” said Maryjane Angelo of the Rehab Center. “Our goal is $5,000.00. I know we can do this with everyone’s help! Please, every amount is a HUGE help whether it’s $1.00 or $1,000.00 PLEASE SHARE and help us to reach our goal for the wildlife.”

Skye’s has operated for the last 18 years, working to help injured and orphaned wildlife in the area.

“Without the wonderful help from the public, friends, family, and so many animal lovers, we wouldn’t be able to keep the center going. We’ve already had to close to new intakes twice this season, and we’d like to not have to close anymore,” Angelo said.

The rehab center is located on 899 Farren Surrena Road in Harrisville.

For those that want to send a check, they ask it be sent to the above address, but it must be dated and postmarked by July 16.
