Dorothy C. Miller, 90, of Rimersburg, passed away on February 23, 2017 at the Clarion Hospital.

She was born on February 18, 1927 in Salem, Armstrong County, daughter of the late George and Lulu Chrisman Himes.

Dorothy was married to Lavern Miller on May of 1947, and he survives.

In her earlier years she was a housekeeper, and then became a homemaker after she was married.

Dorothy was a member of the Baker Street Church of God in Rimersburg.

She is survived by her husband, two children, Judy Montgomery and her husband Robert of Colorado and Larry Miller and his wife Terry of Erie, and two grandchildren, Brendan Montgomery of Colorado and Mark Miller of Monaca.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, and eight siblings.

Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at the Burns Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. in Rimersburg.

Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 11 a.m. with Rev. John Milliron, pastor of the Baker Street Church of God in Rimersburg.

Interment will be held in the Rimersburg Cemetery.
