Driver Escapes Injury in Rollover Crash in Frenchcreek Township

FRENCHCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A 37-year-old man lost control of his SUV and rolled it onto its roof on Sunday morning in Frenchcreek Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 11:35 a.m., Aaron Kipfer, 37, of Meadville, was driving a 2005 Nissan Xterra west on Georgetown Road when he lost control while rounding a left-hand curve.

The Xterra crossed the eastbound lane and struck an embankment and ran over a mailbox before rolling onto its roof.

Kupfer was using a seat belt and was not injured.

He was issued a citation for a traffic violation.

Community Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
