Driver Flown to Presbyterian Hospital Following Rollover Crash in Scrubgrass Township

SCRUBGRASS TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A man was flown to UPMC Presbyterian following a one-vehicle accident that occurred this evening on Lisbon Road, north of Clintonville-Emlenton Road, in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.

According to Gerry Rea, Fire Chief of Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department, the truck was hauling coal to the Scrubgrass Power Plant and overturned on Lisbon Road around 6:43 p.m.

“The driver of the truck has internal injuries, and Stat Medevac was dispatched,” Gerry Rea told exploreVenango.com.

The name of the driver was not released.

No other vehicles were involved.

Clintonville Fire Department assisted PSP Franklin at the scene.
