IRWIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 11:10 a.m. on September 27, a one-car accident occurred on Georgetown Road, 459 feet south of Millbrook Road, in Irwin Township, Venango County.

Police say 43-year-old Joseph H. Blair, of Harrisville, was attempting to negotiate a left curve in the roadway in a 2003 Buick Le Sabre. The car traveled off the road and overturned.

Blair was using a seat belt and suffered minor injuries.

He refused medical attention, according to police.

He was charged with a traffic violation.
