Drug Bust Nets Twelve Locals, Two Charged with Delivery of Bath Salts

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Clarion County Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) filed charges and issued arrest warrants for 12 alleged street-level drug dealers on Friday.

Clarion County District Attorney Mark Aaron says 10 individuals were taken into custody and two remain at large.

Aaron says the arrests stem from a 12-month collaborative investigation between CNET and the PA State Police.

Arrest warrants were issued for the following individuals:

Joshua McGarrity, 21, Tionesta — Delivery of Vyvanse (3 counts)
Christopher Reynolds, 27, Clarion — Delivery of a counterfeit controlled substance
Sara Jackson, 22, Clarion — Delivery of Morphine
Amanda Ion, 19, Clarion — Delivery of Marijuana
Ashley Liston, 21, Crown — Delivery of Marijuana (2 counts)
Ronald Wensel, 27, Clarion — Delivery of Marijuana
Joseph Carter, 21, Corsica — Delivery of Marijuana (2 counts)
Joseph Fye, 21, Cooksburg — Delivery of Marijuana (3 counts)
Kurtis Clark, 21, Brookville — Delivery of Marijuana (2 counts)
Elva Warner-Confer, 37, Clarion — Delivery of a counterfeit controlled substance, Delivery of Diazepam (2 counts)
Nathanial Beichner, 26, Shippenville — Conspiracy to deliver MDPV (bath salts), Delivery of MDPV (bath salts)
Charles Beals, 25, Emlenton — Conspiracy to deliver MDPV (bath salts), Delivery of MDPV (bath salts), Delivery of MDPV (bath salts) & Oxycodone

Clarion County Sheriff’s Department, Clarion Borough Police, New Bethlehem Borough Police, and Knox Borough Police assisted with the apprehension of those taken into custody.
