OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police say a man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in Oil City, Venango County, Pa.

According to police, around 1:47 a.m. on October 30, 2012, Ryan Lee Sharp was arrested for criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on Cedar Avenue.

Police say a 17-year-old juvenile was also involved with the criminal mischief.
