PLUM TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police are currently investigating a drug possession case and a death in Plum Township, Venango County.

According to police, around 9:33 a.m. on Monday, May 21, PSP Franklin was dispatched to a location on Leboeuf Trail Road in Plum Township for a welfare check.

Police say upon arrival, a victim was discovered deceased inside the residence.

This investigation is ongoing, according to police.
