She also made beaded jewelry, earrings and accessories. Louise took great pleasure in making crocheted baby afghans for many new babies of friends and family. Other items she made were teddy bears, dolls and many different kinds of animals to give to children. The neighborhood children knew if you went to “Weezy’s” you could get candy or bubblegum. She also liked to feed the birds and ride the “Go” bus to the Wal-Mart store.

Louise considered all of her many neighbors on Plum Street her family as well since she lived there for over 70 years. She considered the drivers and people she met on the “Go” bus as friends also.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, a sister Francis Bechtel Danforth and two brothers Ernest Dragoo and George Dragoo; a sister-in-law Mary Dundas Beggs and a nephew Robert Bechtel.

As per her request, there will be no visitation.
