Earl Kenneth Hicks, age 69, of Knox, passed away early Wednesday morning, January 28, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Shippenville following an illness.

Born June 5, 1945 in Burlington, Vermont, he was the son of the late Earl K. and Eleanor E. LaForce Hicks.

He married the former Marilyn Diane Walker in Maryland on March 1, 1970 and she preceded him in death on March 2, 2003.

Earl was self-employed and was a designer, builder and teacher. He was a disciple of Yahushua and a teacher of His word.
Survivors include a daughter, Carey Heather Reed of Knox and four grandchildren: Christian N. Schill and Caitlin Schill of Shippenville and twins Winter and Elliot Reed of Knox.

There will be no calling hours.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m., Monday, February 2, 2015 at the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc., 430 Mendenhall Avenue, Knox.

Interment will take place in the Starr Cemetery, Ashland Township, Clarion County.
