Edinboro Man Arrested on Gun Charges at Trump Hotel in D.C.

14947878_10153854963541714_8661491259101044618_nWASHINGTON, D.C. (EYT) — An Edinboro man has been arrested on gun charges at Trump International Hotel in Washington D.C.

According to a story at Heavy.com, Bryan Moles, 43, of Edinboro, is accused of keeping guns and ammunition in his car, which was parked outside the hotel where Moles was staying.

Moles was arrested around Midnight Wednesday after a police officer saw a gun in plain view inside his car.

Police found an assault rifle, a handgun, and 90 rounds of ammunition in the man’s car.

Authorities received a tip that Moles was traveling to the nation’s capital with a Glock 23 .40 caliber handgun and a Carbon Bushmaster .223 caliber assault rifle.

Moles was charged with carrying a pistol without a license.

According to another report on ABC 7, Moles reportedly told police he is a military veteran and suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He said he stayed at the Trump Hotel because he likes President Trump.

Trump Hotel issued a statement, saying “We take the safety and security of guests very seriously. It is our first priority.

“This morning, the authorities arrested a guest who was behaving suspiciously. The matter is under investigation, therefore it would be inappropriate for us to provide additional details. Please refer your inquiry to the investigating authorities.”
