Elmer Lloyd McCall, 97, of Tionesta, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Clarion Hospital.

He was born in Pittsburgh on August 12, 1919; son of the late Elmer N. McCall, Sr. and Mary Lloyd McCall.

Lloyd was an Engineer and retired from Mesta Machine in Homestead.

He was a veteran of the Air Force, and served in the South Pacific during WWII.

Lloyd is survived by a brother, Elmer N. McCall, Jr. of Whitehall, PA, a sister, Mary Louise Allison of Michigan, a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, and also the Carol Hippert Family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion is handling the arrangements.
