Emergency Slide Repairs to Start Next Week in Warren County

WARREN CO., Pa. – ​Emergency wall repairs will be made along Jackson Avenue (SR 1021) in Glade Township, Warren County.

Repairs will be made to support the hillside through the construction of a 300-foot gabion wall along the roadway starting near the intersection with Carver Street.

Work is expected to the begin on Monday and will take approximately two weeks to complete.

No detour is anticipated with this project, though motorists may encounter lane restrictions and traffic controlled by flaggers.

PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, and also to be alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions and to pay attention to signs and flaggers. Drive responsibly in work zones for your safety and the safety of the workers.
