Emlenton Men Face Drug Charges Following Meth Bust

CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Three men are facing drug and related charges following a methamphetamine bust in Clarion Township.

According to police, around 9:53 p.m. on August 10, Clarion County Probation had a warrant for 23-year-old David Wayne Brandon, of Emlenton. He was discovered in a trailer located on CAA Lane in Clarion Township occupied by 45-year-old Michael Eugene Stewart, of Clarion.

Police say Brandon and 19-year-old Bradley Richard Elder, of Emlenton, fled from the trailer after a knock and announce from probation. They were taken into custody after a short foot pursuit.

Items used to manufacture methamphetamine were discovered in the residence, according to police.

Stewart was charged with multiple drug offenses including operating a methamphetamine lab.

He was lodged in the Clarion County Jail on $25,000.00 cash bail.

Brandon and Elder were taken into custody on probation detainers. Charges are pending.
