Emlenton Teen Injured in Rollover Crash

BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say around 3:13 p.m. on April 8, a one-car accident occurred on State Route 208, in Beaver Township, Clarion County.

According to police, 18-year-old Deanne E. Gillen, of Emlenton, was traveling west on SR 208 when her 2001 Volkswagen Jetta traveled off the roadway onto the north berm.

Police say she attempted to steer her car back onto the roadway and lost control.

The vehicle slid off the roadway, struck the guide rail, and then rolled down an embankment.

She was using her seat belt and suffered minor injuries.

Knox Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
