Emlenton Woman Accused of Public Drunkenness

EMLENTON BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 6:30 a.m. on June 5, an Emlenton woman was charged with public drunkenness at Crawford Center, on Hill Street, in Emlenton Borough, Venango County.

State Police received notification of a person sleeping in the stairwell at the Crawford Center.

Troopers made contact with 27-year-old Tabitha Lynn Hilliard, of Emlenton, and allegedly determined that she was “manifestly under the influence of alcohol,” according to police.

She was charged with one count of Public Drunkenness through Magisterial District Court 28-3-04.
