CLARION, Pa. – The Clarion office of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, located in Applewood Center on 2nd Avenue, is pleased to announce that Patricia Doverspike, Financial Advisor, has joined the Firm.

Mrs. Doverspike comes to Janney with 20 years of extensive experience in the financial field. She held escalating positions in treasury and cash operations, debt administration, insurance and risk management. She was also involved in recapitalization/restructure events with responsibilities covering due diligence, source/use documentation, organization of payments and acting as a liaison between accounting and legal teams. During subsidiary acquisitions and similar efforts during divestitures, Mrs. Doverspike led the treasury operation and insurance management integration efforts. In addition, she served as a 401(k) Administration Committee member and administered an ESOP through its successful termination.

At Janney, Mrs. Doverspike is partnered with Kristin Hartzell, First Vice President/Wealth Management, Financial Advisor. Together, their practice will include providing clients with a wide range of investment services including financial planning, retirement income planning and wealth management. Mrs. Doverspike holds the SIE and Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Patricia and her husband, Andy, reside outside of Emlenton, Pa.

The Clarion office is led by Matthew Lerch, Executive Vice President/Branch Manager.
