During an interview with the victim on January 15, she stated that she had been choked by Adams and was forced to perform a sexual act on him and was forced to have sexual intercourse with him while he was a guest at her residence.

On February 14, Adams admitted to grabbing the victim’s hair and forcing her to perform a sexual act on him. In addition, he pushed the victim on a bed, removed the victim’s shorts, placed his hands around the victim’s throat, and forcefully had sexual intercourse with the victim, according to the complaint.
