United Community Independence Programs is accepting applications for Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in our Venango County Program.

DSP’s provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting and in community activities. Applicants should be motivated, patient, have good communication skills, the ability to complete required paperwork and be comfortable driving within the community. Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is preferred.

These positions start at $9.50 per hour. Benefits are available after 90 day probationary period for full time staff. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, pass pre-employment drug screening and medical examination and receive favorable Act 33, Act 34 and driving record clearances.
