BSI Financial Services in Titusville is currently hiring for multiple positions, immediate openings for Collections Specialist and Reporting Analyst. 

One of the positions is for a Mid-Shift Collections Specialist, 11am – 8pm with Shift-Differential $11.00.

Essential Functions — Collections Specialist

• Collect payments on past due bills
• Reviewing open accounts for collections efforts
• Make outbound collections calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
• Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing
• Attempt to bring accounts current
• Inform borrower of overdue account and amount currently owed
• Ensure all customer contact information is correct
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss with Loss Mitigation agent assigned to the account.
• Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements
• Offer guidance or refer customers to debt counselors
• Follow federal and state laws dealing with debt collection
• Mail correspondence to encourage payment of delinquent accounts
• Achieve daily call goals and phone availability
• Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies

Essential Functions — Reporting Analyst

• Create, deliver, and manage reports to any user on any device.
• Database script development using T-SQL and MS reporting solution applications (SSRS).
• Authors, reviews, edits, and maintains requirements specifications, business processes, reports and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Interface with and develop client and vendor relationships to ensure reporting projects progress timely and effectively.
• Contribute to and maintain policy and procedures relating to data management and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Thorough organizational skills; a demonstrated ability to prioritize, pro-actively identify, and resolve problems
• Participates in business, technical, and implementation requirements and functional design sessions.
• Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies
