The County of Venango is currently accepting applications for a full-time (40 hrs/wk.) Correctional Nurse to work within the Venango County Prison.
Required qualifications: Must possess current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. No work experience required. Experience in mental health, corrections, or similar environment preferred. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Typical work hours will be 2 PM to 10:30 PM.
Pay rate: $13.96/hr. — $21.3875/hr.
Full-time positions include participation in the County lifetime pension program and fully paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums for the employee.
