Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services for their 120-bed skilled facility in Sligo, Pa.

Candidates will be responsible for managing the overall nursing department operation, including budget control, recruitment, retention, quality of care, and regulatory standard compliance.

Individuals must be team players with proven leadership skills, have three to five years of progressive long term care experience, possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, and have a stable work history. Prior DON experience is preferred.
