The Arc of Clarion and Venango Counties Inc. has openings for Full and Part-time Direct Support Professionals and a Full-time Program Specialist.

The Arc provides supports to people who experience disabilities in their homes and communities in Clarion and Venango Counties. Full and Part-time Direct Support Professionals
No experience necessary. High school diploma required. Starting wage $11.25/hr.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supporting people in attaining their goals in their homes or in the community.
• Advocating and promoting quality of life for the people being served by the Agency.
• Implementation of program plans.
• Completing required program documentation

Full-Time Program Specialists
At least two years related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4 years related experience and an Associate’s degree in a related field. Starting wage $15.00/hr.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for promoting quality services
• Responsible for development of program plans
• Supervision, support and training of support staff
• Maintaining relationships with families and outside organizations

Qualifications for all positions:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have acceptable clearances and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle.
• Education dependent on position
