Borland Memorials is currently hiring a Full-Time Production Team Member.

Production Team Member is involved in all aspects of the cemetery monument industry. Duties include all aspects in the full product /service cycle.

Knowledge and experience in key responsibilities is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to work with and train where needed if candidate is hard working, responsible, and team oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
· Sand-blasting monuments

· Loading truck

· Operating skid-loader

· Digging Foundations

· Pouring cement

· General maintenance

· General computer work

· Additionally other general duties that are entailed in the product /service cycle.

Job requirements:
· Being in good physical shape to perform general labor tasks

· Ability to lift at least 100lbs

· Ability to work in all weather conditions

· General knowledge of computer and programs

· Good driving record with valid driver’s license

· Ability to operate a manual (Stick shift) vehicle

General working hours are 7:30 – 4:00, Monday – Friday and occasional Saturday’s. Overtime is available and at times required.

Starting wage is $12.75, individual healthcare paid, profit sharing pension plan, paid holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation.
