Hickman Lumber Company is a 4th generation business and we are looking for a qualified lumber inspector.

Lumber inspectors would be required to know the NHLA rules with at least 1 year experience.

As an inspector you’ll be expected to grade:

— Green lumber
— Kiln Dried Lumber
— Rift and Quartersawn Lumber
— Flat sawn Lumber
— 4/4 & 5/4 lumber, rarely anything thicker than 5/4

Your workweek will be 45 hrs/week. 6:00 am — 4:30 pm M-TH & 6:00 am — 11:00 am.
