Clarion Forest VNA is looking to expand its therapy department by hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work on a PRN basis to provide therapy services to their patients in their homes primarily in Clarion and Forest Counties.
Requirements:
- Licensed PT or PTA in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in healthcare
- Daylight Hours
- Flexible Schedule
