RN Supervisor — $5,000 Sign on Bonus (Oil City)
Shift: 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm

LPN — $5,000 Sign on Bonus (Oil City)
Shift: 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm and 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
 
CNA — $1,500 Sign on Bonus (Oil City)
Shift: 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm and 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
