RBG is eagerly seeking a kitchen manager/chef and several line cooks. Applications are available at the front desk at the Park Inn by Radisson in Clarion.

Some of the responsibilities could include:
Manages the kitchen operation in a profitable manner which ensures high quality food for all customers.
Supervises preparation, plating and serving of food.
Will be expected to work during peak times (evenings, holidays, weekends)
Select, schedule, and train food staff
Order & maintain inventory
Create and oversee all menus
Responsible for controlling food costs
Responsible for monthly food inventories

Rate of pay will depend on the level of experience.

Qualified applicants must pass a background check before date of hire.
