Jackie from Deer Creek Winery talks about a dry, white wine — “Rocky Ridge.”

Rocky Ridge is a dry white wine from the Seyval grape. Enjoy the citrus and earthy tones.

It gets its name from the bountiful rocky ridges on our land.

This is a good wine for cooking.

It is in the “tolerant” section of Vinotypes and a Sweetness Scale rating of 1 (Scale 1 Dry to 4 Sweet).
