Firefighters Battle Blaze in Titusville

TITUSVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Several fire companies responded to an early-morning structure fire in Titusville Thursday.

According to a representative from Crawford County 911, the call came in at about 4:45 a.m. for a fire at 116 Diamond Street.

Firefighters from Titusville, Hydetown, Cherrytree Township, Pleasantville, Corry, Bloomfield and Grand Valley battled the blaze for several hours.

The building is the westernmost three-story building in a series of connected two- and three-story buildings with ground-floor storefronts between Franklin and Martin streets.

It sits next to a building housing Missy’s Arcade Restaurant.

A cause of the fire was unknown Thursday afternoon.

Official damage estimates have not yet been released.

There were no injuries in the fire.
