OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — The IAFF Local 700 in Oil City will take to the streets on Friday, June 16, for the annual Jolly July 3rd Fireworks Collection.

Organizer Derek Long is asking drivers to be careful with their people being out for the collections.

Members of Local 700 will be out from about 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the areas of East First and State Streets, Front Street, and Center Street.

“If you have a few bucks or even some change, we’d appreciate a donation,” Long said. “Even the change adds up. Help us make this a great show this year!”

The Jolly July 3rd Celebration will be held in Justus Park with fireworks to culminate the day’s events.
