It was run by the University of Pitt — Titusville’s Head Men’s and Women’s basketball coach, Michael Grinder, and focused on fundamental skills for all basketball players.

The sixth grade students from Forest Area traveled to Harrisburg and Gettysburg on May 25th and 26th.

While in Harrisburg, the students received a tour of the capitol building. For most of the students it was their first time in our state capitol, and they found it to be a fantastic stop.

Students then continued onto Gettysburg, where they visited the historic town, museums, and, of course, the historic battlefield.

The students had a great time, and it will be a trip that they remember for their entire lives.
