FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) — Forest Area students are enjoying outdoor activities this winter.

The Forest Area School District physical education strives to teach students about lifetime wellness.

Snowshoeing provides the same aerobic and cardiovascular workout as many activities completed in warmer weather. The district is teaching a variety of activities that encourage students to increase their skill level and stay active all year round.
