This year, to increase career awareness, the fifth grade classes were included in the visit to the Tech Center.

Ninth grade students visit the Venango Technology Center each year when beginning to plan for their high school scheduling; ninth grade is the time for students to decide if they would like to attend the Tech Center in tenth grade, so that they may receive the full three year course in their chosen field.

Tenth, eleventh, and twelfth graders attend the Tech Center each afternoon of their school day to complete training in one of 12 shop areas.

The pictures show ninth grade students in the electronics shop experiencing electric power first-hand.
