Four Busted on Drug Charges After Police Raid Oil City Residence

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Four people were arrested on drug charges after a search warrant was executed at an Oil City residence Friday.

The Oil City Police Department arrested the following persons after a search warrant was executed at 222 East Seventh Street:

Stephanie Goodman, 23, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children, Possession of Controlled
Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was jailed on $15,000.00 straight bail.

Zackary Collingwood-Brock, 29, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children and Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. He was jailed on $25,000.00 straight bail.

Cody McClelland, 28, was charged with Possession of a controlled substance and Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. He was jailed on $25,000.00 straight bail.

Ryan Sharp, 24, was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances, Possession of
Controlled substances and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was jailed on $50,000.00 straight bail.

Police said the individuals were involved in the sale and distribution of controlled substances.

Controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were found during the search, according to police.

Additionally, two minor children were present inside the residence when the search warrant was executed.

All four defendants were subsequently taken into custody and arraigned before District Judge Andrew F. Fish.

They were committed to the Venango County Jail.

Preliminary hearings have been scheduled for Wednesday, January 23 at 8:30 a.m.
