Four Male Juvenile Escapees from Pathways Apprehended

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – According to Oil City Police, four male juveniles who escaped from Pathways Adolescent Center were apprehended.

Police say two of the males were apprehended on Thursday evening, August 21, around 8:58 p.m., with the assistance of Deputy Williams from the Venango County Sheriff’s Department and his K-9 unit.

Deputy Williams was able to successfully track the juveniles from the Pizza Hut parking lot to the wooded area beside the Dollar General Store on North Seneca Street where the juveniles were hiding.

After a short pursuit, two of the male juveniles were apprehended, according to police.

Police say the additional two male juveniles were later apprehended out of the county.
