SANDYCREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Frankin State Police say around 2:00 p.m. on November 13 a known juvenile from Franklin was found to be in possession of controlled substances at Franklin High School.

According to police, a written allegation was filed with the Court of common Pleas 28th Judicial District Venango Court charging the juvenile with a CSDDCA (Controlled Substances, Drugs, Device, and Cosmetic Act — Act 64).
