Franklin Man Accused of Being Almost Four Times Over Legal Alcohol Limit Following Crash in Franklin

SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – According to Sugarcreek Police Department, a DUI “Highest Rate” accident occurred on 2nd Avenue and Kenneth Street, in Franklin, Venango County.

Sugarcreek Police had a report of a motor vehicle accident that occurred around 5:13 p.m. on March 25, 2015.

According to police, the person involved was 52-year-old Randal Everett.

Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that Everett’s BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) was .300%, police say.

He was charged with DUI Highest Rate and summary violations stemming from the accident, according to police.
