Franklin Man Accused of Drug Possession

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Around 9:44 a.m. on November 20, Franklin Police were dispatched to a residence on New Street for alleged drug possession.

State Probation and Parole were conducting a house check at 1437 New Street in Franklin and requested Franklin Police to respond. Several drug act violations were allegedly discovered.

As a result of the investigation, a known, Franklin man was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Charges were filed via summons through Senior Judge David Fish’s office.
