Franklin Man Accused of Stealing Prescription Pills from Nursing Facility

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A Franklin man is facing charges for allegedly stealing prescription pills from a nursing facility in Franklin.

According to the Franklin Police Department, 41-year-old William Muse, III, of Franklin, allegedly removed 10 Tramadol Hydrochloride pills from a locked medicine cart from The Caring Place sometime between the hours of 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 1 and 6:30 a.m. on Friday, June 2.

Patrolman Lopez investigated the theft and filed a charge of theft of movable property, a third-degree misdemeanor, against Muse in District Judge Matthew Kirtland’s office.
